Introduction
ACOVAL microlubrication nozzles are designed to spray liquid given by microlubrication systems.
The main types of microlubrication nozzles are:
- the coaxial nozzles (copper coaxial nozzles or flexible coaxial nozzles). These nozzles are for general use.
- the flat jet nozzles are used by cutting and stamping workshops.
- the horseshoe nozzles are designed for sawing operations.
The other ACOVAL microlubrication nozzles are designed for more specific operations: thin jet nozzles, nozzles to lubricate the inside of tubes, ...
Some ACOVAL nozzles are designed for blowing: thin jet nozzles, flat jet nozzles, ...
Way of functioning
ACOVAL microlubrication nozzles are independently fed with liquid and gas. The gas must drive the liquid from the nozzle to the receiver and spray it if it is necessary. The spraying thinness is adjustable.
